Had my hot water heater break and flooded my 1st floor of the house. Within 24 hours, Jason Raymond and Ali Medina knocked on my door and started the process of getting rid of anything that got wet and spraying areas that needed to be cautiously checked for mold. Jason and Ali went step by step with me of everything they were doing and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything that SERVPRO has done especially Jason and Ali. Everything was explained in detail as to why or how things needed to be done. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I used SERVPRO of Hackensack NJ to remediate a biohazard condition in a property for which we have responsibility. Kevin managed Jason and his team in this effort. The job was completed quickly and efficiently.

After normal working hours and within 15 minutes of my initial call, Lenny had dispatched a crew to my house to clean up water damage from a broken pipe in my upstairs laundry room. A fire damaged the rear of our home, cutting thru vinyl siding.  The next day our insurance company suggested another restoration company, who never showed up. We had a small kitchen fire which was put out with our fire extinguisher. Who knew how much of a mess it would make all over my house! Great Service and Professional Work - Pipes froze, burst and we had a complete disaster on our hands.
