Water Damage From Broken Pipe

This older home had a broken pipe in the ceiling  which caused extensive damage to the living room and dining room. The ceiling, carpet and floor beneath were badly affected. We responded immediately and began to work on the damaged wet ceiling and floor. Initial cleaning and remediation work included removing all the contents from both the living and dining rooms, removing the sheet rock from the ceiling and drying out the wood flooring. Because the floors were original to the home, SERVPRO did everything to dry them out and save them, which fortunately we were able to do. The homeowner was thrilled that we could keep the antique charm of the home.
